Working with Alex Plotkin was, hands down, the best real estate experience we've ever had. From day one, his communication was on another level — he was responsive at all hours, whether it was a late-night text about a listing we'd just stumbled across or a weekend question about contract details. We'll be honest: going in, we had some hesitation about whether his deep relationship with Canopy might create a conflict of interest. We were completely wrong to worry. Alex put our interests first, 100%, every single time. He pushed back on things on our behalf, asked the questions we didn't know to ask, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted — not what was most convenient for anyone else. Every single time Alex told us to trust him, he turned out to be right. That kind of judgment and integrity is rare, and it made the entire process feel calm instead of stressful. If you're considering working with him — especially on a Canopy home — don't hesitate. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Alex Plotkin and his team recently helped us sell our first home and by our second one. Alex exceeded all expectations we had during both endeavors. He walked us through every detail needed to prepare to sell our home, he constantly communicated with us, and he set reasonable expectations for us on what we need to do to prepare for the move. Alex’s background and experience speaks for itself. Our house is the single largest asset we will ever own. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage that process going forward. He is a skilled negotiator, extremely detail-oriented, structured, and consistent.
