I would call him the Guru of his profession. First he provides you with a beautiful temporary townhouse to rent and live in complete with a heated community pool in a great neighborhood close to everything. You can stay as long as you need to while you work with Alex on finding your dream home. Soon after we moved in we found our dream house that was to be built and it would take about 10 months. I made One Call to Alex about our find and that was it. He took care of the rest END TO END right to closing. Thanks to him buying this new house was a breeze. We just moved in to it this September. The ONLY SAD thing was leaving our rental. Between Janet the ops manager and Rudy his Maintenance Manager all you needed to do was open a ticket and it was resolved the next day!! I know this is a long note but I had to capture all the services Alex provided so if you are thinking of relocating to Tampa/ St. Pete make your FIRST CALL to Alex!!
