Tricia Plotkin

Meet Tricia, our incredible Director of Operations and the backbone of Plotkin Homes.

Tricia grew up in Tampa Bay and was raised by her mother, a Real Estate Agent, and her dad, a Real Estate Developer in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. She has been immersed in the business her entire life. Not only is she passionate about the industry, but it's safe to say it's in her blood! Prior to joining Plotkin Homes full time, she previously worked the better part of her 20 year career in Business Intelligence for one of the largest furniture retailers in the US. 

Attentive and personable, she truly believes in creating trusting partnerships by ensuring clients are fully informed and supported through every step of the process with confidence and honesty.

When she's not managing their extensive rental portfolio, you can find Tricia on the pickleball court or with Alex and Mya in their Old Northeast neighborhood, playing with her two pugs and six rescue bunnies.
