Tricia Plotkin

Tricia Plotkin serves as Director of Operations & Investments for Plotkin Homes, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the business while managing the company’s portfolio of rental properties and new construction joint venture investments. She plays a key role in coordinating business systems, financial oversight, and strategic growth initiatives, helping ensure each project and investment is executed efficiently and thoughtfully. With a strong focus on organization, analytics, and long-term value creation, Tricia supports both the operational and investment side of Plotkin Homes, working closely alongside Alex to help guide the continued growth of the business.

A longtime St. Petersburg resident, Tricia lives in the Old Northeast neighborhood with Alex, their pug Bear, and their two rescue bunnies. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and staying active in the local community she proudly calls home.
